Nov. 18th, 2007 11:54 pmWe're supposed to use the mimeo machine instead of the xerox for huge print runs (like exams in 170-student courses) because it's cheaper by the page, but its real virtue, I think, is that it doesn't ever jam.
Of course, that's because it's so simple inside, and that also means it doesn't do nice things like collate and staple the exams for you.
