Minus ten for making a critical part of the pressure relief valve out of shoddy metal so it shears off when I try to reinstall it. Plus five for having a website on which you will sell me parts. Minus ten zillion for insisting on selling me a whole new lid for $22.50 incl shipping, instead of just the broken part for two bucks or so.
