Today's feature: 'delay all deliveries to address X until date Y.'
US Postal Service: Calls this "hold mail", and you can request it via their website, telephone, or by filling out a form in person.
UPS: Their website has no such option, and neither does their phone tree, but if you get through to a human they are happy to make arrangements.
FedEx: Again, no such option on the website or the phone tree. A human clerk flat out refused to do any such thing unless I could provide specific tracking numbers, and would only commit to holding packages for five business days even if I could.
... Guess which service is going to attempt to deliver a critical piece of mail while I am out of town.
